Terms of Service

By ordering a commission, you automatically agree to all of my terms. Failure to comply will result in a temporary or permanent blacklist depending on the terms broken.


PAYMENT
- You must pay fully before I can start on the commission.- Payments are taken through PayPal. [USD]- My PayPal email will always be [email protected], please do not send payments to any other email.- Do not send the payment until I confirm the commission.- Overly complex designs will be simplified or pay an additional $1-$5 depending on complexity.


REFUNDS
- I can offer a full refund if you have not seen a sketch at minimum after two month's time.- I can only offer a partial refund after I have sent a sketch to confirm details.- I cannot offer a refund after I have begun the lining stage.- If I take more than four months, you’re allowed a full refund, despite what stage I am on!


USAGE & DETAILS
- Please link digital references, preferably one with a flat color palette for ease of color picking.- Only the commissioner or I may use the art.- Turnaround time can take anywhere from one to two months.- I have the right to decline a commission for whatever reason.- Corrections to final commission are free of charge especially misunderstandings, though please limit it to less than 5 fixes.- Major edits (pose changes, etc.) will require compensation.- For customs, please do NOT edit or draw over the original file. If you want changes you can draw them yourself in your style with the changes or contact me to change the file.- Do not edit or trace my artwork in general.- Please do not use my work for NFTs (Non-fungible tokens) nor AI. Doing so will result in an immediate blacklist from all future commissions.- My artwork is for PERSONAL USE only.
